Your role:
At Crunch, our instructors do much more than just teach classes.
They motivate, bring people together and light up the room with passion and kindness.

On a daily basis, you will:
• Teach dynamic and accessible courses at all levels
• Offer options, progressions, and personalized attention
• Animate with clarity, energy, and safety
• Radiate your style in the HIIT room or area
• Connect with members in order to create a united and active community
• Participate in our trainings and learn the exclusive Crunch Fitness formats

What we're looking for:
• Valid certification in group courses or recognized license (CanfitPro, etc.)
• Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
• Experience in one or more styles: Boot Camp, Zumba®, Bodybuilding, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Strong Nation®, Stretching, etc.
• You know how to create an atmosphere... and you love doing it
• You are professional, safe, motivating and a good listener
